Meet Our Founders

Gerald Kierce

CEO & Co-Founder

Gerald leads Trustible’s product and customer strategy, bringing a mix of enterprise product, go-to-market, and policy experience.

Before founding Trustible, Gerald spent nearly a decade at FiscalNote in roles spanning AI solutions, corporate development, product marketing, and customer success. He previously worked in professional services at the Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) and in communications at Meridian International Center.

Gerald is originally from Puerto Rico and holds degrees in Entrepreneurship and Political Science from the University of Dayton. He also serves as an advisor and board member to startups and non-profits, and remains active in the regional tech community.

Todd Wilkinson

CTO & Co-Founder

Todd leads engineering and the platform vision. He’s built machine learning systems at the intersection of policy and AI, most recently as a machine learning engineering tech lead at FiscalNote, where he applied AI to help organizations map regulatory risk.

At Trustible, Todd focuses on applying policy insights to real governance problems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Government from Georgetown University and a master’s in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
